Career Specialties

Ilena Bain works in ºù«Ӱҵampa’s division of Student Affairs, where she supports student engagement and success through clear communication, reliable logistics and thoughtful student support. She centers mental health awareness in her daily work, using de-escalation and well-being tools and connecting students to care.ÌýBain manages division-wide trainings and events, prepares reports and committee minutes, and partners across campus on assessment and process improvement. She is pursuing a Master of Arts in Professional Communication at ºù«Ӱҵampa. Outside of work,ÌýBain is an active Kiwanian who volunteers with youth-focused service and literacy programs, a commitment that strengthens her students-first mindset on campus.
